History and science portfolios are to be kept current for all assignments and will be collected for grading after the final assessment for each chapter.

(7Th grade Roman project) There will be a project work day on Wednesday, September 8. Be sure to bring materials for your Roman project on that day.
(7Th Language Arts) All published (word processed) writing projects must be read and signed by parent/guardian. (Parent information night for upper grade writing is on Wednesday, September 8, from 6:00 to 7:00)

| Our first game as well as all other following football games with Alpha have been canceled. We are looking forward to their participation for next season. We are still in great need of volunteer refs for our home games. Please contact the office or me if you are interested in more details.
